The platform aims to act as a catalyst to enable transparency, accessibility, affordability and national reach to 15 million manufacturers, 25-30 million retailers, 10-12 million institutional businesses that account for over 60 million MSMEs in India. Viloop's aim is to be a trusted partner to small businesses by empowering them with technology, financial inclusivity, and supply chain capabilities to compete and win in an increasingly tech and digital world.
Viloop enables small manufacturers and brands to market and sell their products across the country at low cost with 100% payment security and complete transparency. While doing so it enables small businesses such as shopkeepers, Kirana, retail-chains to source from a large selection of high-quality products at best prices from Manufacturer through their distributors/ wholesalers/ CNFs or directly where distribution network is not operational, while facilitating efficient and transparent transactions with huge convenience.
Through a seamless process, Viloop enables the Retailer (retailer) to select a product, place an order with Manufacturer and/or Distributors (wholesalers, brands and manufacturers) who pack it and dispatch it. The Retailer pays at time of placing order/on delivery/after delivery, as per payment policy of Distributor or Manufacturer. It provides access to new markets and regions with greater cost-efficiency and better price control. The Distributor may even offer Trade Credit to Retailer bases on his own discretion and capacity.
The platform has enabled logistics focused on b2b trade built on strong technology and operations for fulfillment and delivery service through Viloop.
The platform's SaaS offerings such as analysis of real time marketing feedback through app data analytics enables brands and manufacturers to make well-informed decisions about product launches and seeing of new products in new markets. While the app-based pricing system gives better pricing control, the product listing advertisements and in-app advertisements encourages manufacturers and wholesalers to reach their targeted, specific, and ready-to-purchase retailers on the platform. Our Co-Founders
Hind Pratap Singh
Hind Pratap Singh is a co-founder of Viloop. He founded Viloop in 2023 with Tanisha Singh. Prior to founding Viloop, Hind was involved in Business of Wholesale/Distribution of Daily Fresh Milk of known brands. Prior to that he has worked in various organization in field of Public Relation. He has done his MBA in Event Management and Public Relations.
Tanisha Singh
Tanisha Singh is a co-founder of Viloop. She founded Viloop in 2023 with Hind Pratap Singh. Prior to founding Viloop, Tanisha worked in various Government and semi-government organizations involved in data collection and sale of dairy products, which gave her vast experience in statistical data collection and accounts management. Tanisha has completed her MBA in Human Resource and Finance.
